G.I. Joe Headquarters Command Center Custom Painted Cobra Base Vintage Collectible

This G.I. Joe Headquarters Command Center has been completely transformed into a heavily detailed, battle-worn military installation, designed to feel like a working Joe base rather than a clean factory piece.

I’ve built the finish up in layers of aged off-white, deep black and industrial yellow, then worked across the entire structure with washes, grime, worn edges, paint chips, scuffs and subtle panel variation. The mechanical framework, consoles, radar station and interior sections have all been individually picked out to give the headquarters much more depth when displayed open.

I’ve added G.I. Joe markings, military identification graphics and hazard details throughout, with the yellow-and-black elements carried across the structure so the whole piece reads as one coherent design. Small metallic highlights and darker recesses bring out the enormous amount of moulded mechanical detail already present in the headquarters.

This is a large statement piece and a one-off interpretation rather than a standard production example. The amount of surface area and individual detailing makes it one of the more substantial G.I. Joe pieces I produce.
