Returns & Refunds policy

I want you to be completely confident when ordering from SWAD Custom Toys.

60-Day Worldwide Returns

Ready-to-buy items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, from anywhere in the world.

If you would like to return an item, simply contact me within the 60-day period. I will provide the return instructions and arrange the return process with you.

Please contact me before sending anything back so the correct return method can be arranged.

Return Condition

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and checked, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. I aim to process refunds promptly and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact me as soon as possible with photographs of the item and packaging. I will arrange an appropriate solution, including a refund or return where necessary.

Custom Commissions

Pieces created specifically to your personal requirements are normally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Your Legal Rights

This 60-day returns policy is offered in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
