Free Returns

I want you to feel confident when buying from SWAD Custom Toys, so I offer a free 90-day worldwide return policy on all pieces. That means you have 90 days from receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition it arrived in — unworn or unused, with any original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

I’ll send you a free return shipping label along with instructions on how to send it back.
Please don’t send an item back without contacting me first.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item has arrived damaged, is defective, or you’ve received the wrong item, contact me as soon as possible so I can put it right.

Exchanges

The simplest way to exchange an item is to request a return for the original item first. Once the return has been accepted, you can then place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

European Union 14-day cooling off period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, the item must be returned in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

Please remember that it can take a little time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
