Shipping policy

All pieces are individually designed and painted to order by me at SWAD Custom Toys in Cambridge, UK.

Preparation and dispatch

Please allow 7 days from placing your order for your piece to be prepared and dispatched. This applies to all orders, including commissions.

Delivery

The 7-day preparation period does not include delivery time. Delivery takes additional time after dispatch and varies depending on your location and the delivery service. International orders may also experience customs delays.

EU Orders

We’re very happy to ship across Europe. Please note that your country may apply local VAT or customs charges when your order arrives. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are payable by the recipient.
