My Star Wars U-Wing collection explores custom-painted Rebel Alliance starfighters, with individual designs based around characters, squadrons and factions from Rogue One, Andor, Star Wars Rebels and the wider Star Wars universe.
I create unique U-Wing repaints themed around characters including Cassian Andor, Jyn Erso, K-2SO, Bodhi Rook, Chirrut Îmwe, Baze Malbus, Saw Gerrera, Galen Erso, Lyra Erso, Orson Krennic, Admiral Raddus, General Davits Draven, Antoc Merrick, Bistan, Pao, Moroff, Benthic Two Tubes, Edrio Two Tubes and Ruescott Melshi.
My designs also explore the characters and underground Rebel networks of Andor, including Luthen Rael, Mon Mothma, Kleya Marki, Vel Sartha, Cinta Kaz, Bix Caleen, Brasso, Maarva Andor, Wilmon Paak, Kino Loy, Karis Nemik, Arvel Skeen, Taramyn Barcona, Lieutenant Gorn, Dedra Meero, Syril Karn, Major Partagaz, Tay Kolma and Perrin Fertha.
The wider Rebel Alliance offers even more possibilities, with custom themes featuring Hera Syndulla, Sabine Wren, Ezra Bridger, Kanan Jarrus, Garazeb Orrelios, Chopper, Ahsoka Tano, Captain Rex, Commander Sato, Fenn Rau, Agent Kallus, Wedge Antilles, Hobbie Klivian, Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia Organa, Han Solo, Chewbacca, Lando Calrissian, Bail Organa, Admiral Ackbar, Nien Nunb, Biggs Darklighter, R2-D2 and C-3PO.
I also enjoy creating alternative Imperial, Partisan and captured Rebel designs, exploring colour schemes connected to Darth Vader, Emperor Palpatine, Grand Admiral Thrawn, Director Krennic, Imperial stormtroopers, death troopers, shore troopers, Rebel commandos, Scarif landing parties and the pilots of Blue Squadron, Red Squadron and Gold Squadron.
Every U-Wing is individually designed and painted by me, using layered colours, detailed panel work, worn edges, battle damage, engine staining, mechanical weathering and carefully chosen markings. Each repaint is an opportunity to explore how a particular character, crew or faction might personalise their own ship.
I welcome commissions for Star Wars U-Wings, whether you want a design based around a favourite character, an established Rebel squadron, an Imperial conversion or something completely original.
Thanks for looking, Josh.
