When Obsidian Squadron needs to punch a hole through a blockade or drop troops straight into the heart of a riot, they call in the Obsidian Gunship. Low and predatory, it knifes through atmosphere on screaming turbines, doors already open and stormtroopers braced against the blast as the pilot lines up another brutal strike run.

Paint & Finish

• Deep, mottled Obsidian green-grey armour layered over darker undercoats so the hull reads like real composite plating, not flat plastic
• Multiple panel tones subtly shifted across wings, fuselage and tail to break up the mass and give a true “military hardware” feel
• Sharp edge highlights on leading edges, canopy lines, wing roots and access panels to define the brutal geometry of the craft
• Metallics carefully picked out on vents, intakes, landing struts and exposed machinery so every sculpted detail pops on display

Weathering & Battle Damage

• Heavy, campaign-worn finish from nose to tail – this is a frontline workhorse, not parade armour
• Chipped paint and worn edges along the nose, wing tips, hull corners and troop bay thresholds, with underlying metal tones showing through
• Grime and oil worked into panel lines, vents and access hatches to suggest years of rushed maintenance between sorties
• Carbon scoring and soot around engine nozzles, exhausts and weapon mounts to sell repeated hard burns and low-level strike runs
• Directional streaks and stains dragged back along the wings and fuselage to echo airflow and rain across the hull in atmosphere
• Scuffed deck plates and ramp surfaces where boots, gear and armour would slam down during fast insertions and extractions
• Sealed with a protective varnish layer to help preserve the finish on long-term display
