Star Wars Andor Imperial Base Diorama Custom Kenner Death Star vintage Display

Star Wars Imperial Headquarters Diorama

This is a one-off custom Star Wars Imperial headquarters diorama, fully built, painted, weathered and ready to display.

Designed as a complete Imperial installation rather than a simple backdrop, the diorama combines command areas, raised walkways, security sections, barred access points, observation platforms and connecting structures into one large display environment.

The black, gunmetal and deep red finish gives it a much harsher Imperial look, with layered wear, grime, edge damage and weathering across the structure. The intention was to make it feel like a real working outpost somewhere on the edge of the Empire: functional, cold, heavily used and slightly brutal.

It has been finished by hand using a combination of airbrushing, washes, dry brushing, panel work, surface wear and detailing, with plenty of variation across the different sections so the whole piece feels built-up and lived-in rather than factory produced.

At 3.75-inch figure scale, it gives you a huge amount of freedom for display. Stormtroopers, Imperial officers, Andor characters, bounty hunters or Rebel infiltrators can all be staged across different levels and sections of the base.

This is the exact finished diorama shown in the photographs. It is not a commission and another identical example will not simply be produced to order.

A serious centrepiece for a Star Wars collection, particularly for collectors of Imperial, Andor, Death Star, Stormtrooper and classic Kenner-style displays.

Figures shown are for scale and display purposes only and are not included.
