Cold Ember Imperial Shuttle - Hand-Painted Star Wars Andor Sith Empire Vintage

Cold Ember began life as a standard Imperial transport, then vanished off the manifest and into Andor-era black-ops. I’ve rebuilt it as a one-of-a-kind display shuttle: cold, desaturated plating, stark Imperial markings and a brutal, industrial finish that makes it look like it’s just lifted off a wet stone landing pad on Coruscant.

Paint & Weathering

This shuttle is treated as a working vehicle, not a pristine showroom model:

• The entire hull is re-based, panel-lined and shaded to break up the large flat surfaces
• Hard edge chipping along the wing tips, leading edges and access hatches to suggest years of rough landings and hangar rash
• Multiple layers of scuffs, scrapes and micro-chips built up with a brush, sponge and fine detail work – nothing is printed on
• Dark exhaust soot and heat staining around vents and engine runs, fading into lighter grime along the flight direction
• Streaking grime pulled back from every bolt and panel line to mimic rain, oil and hydraulic fluid dragged across the hull
• Select panels subtly picked out in slightly different tones so the shuttle looks like it has had field repairs and armour swaps
• Final protective coat to knock the shine back to a realistic, matte, cinematic finish

Up close you can see the tiny brush marks, layered tones and imperfections that make this look like a real, battered Imperial craft that’s been flown hard, not a flat, factory toy.

Customisation Options

• Add or change unit markings, kill tallies or small Aurebesh stencils
• Adjust panel colours or accent stripes to match your personal squad theme
• Add subtle extra grime or battle damage so it fits the rest of your display
